SKY Opens First Mall-Based Business Center in Manila

Sky Cable Corporation recently launched “SKY Zone,” its the first mall-based business center in Manila to bring its services closer to Filipino families in the metro. Located in the topmost floor of SM Southmall’s Cyberzone in Las Pinas, “SKY Zone” allows SKY subscribers and the public easy access to the wide array of services offered by SKY including payments, applications, and tryouts of their latest services. “SKY Zone” also lets the public enjoy for free its fast speed and seamless 200mbps broadband connection and watch SKYcable’s roster of more than 200 SD and HD channels in crystal clear picture and crisp sound. Apart from Manila, SKY currently operates four other “SKY Zone” branches located in Cebu and Davao as part of their effort to boost their brand presence in key convergence areas in Visayas and Mindanao. SKY will also open a new branch in Pasig and Iloilo soon.

    Good day. This is to inform your office that all your staff in SM Southmall are stupid. they do not know how to attend the needs of customers instead they will treat you badly as what we experienced. Last week, i personally went to the skyzone office at SM Southmall Las Pinas to set a internet connection unfortunately no one call us ahead of time. we tried to follow up our concern personally after a week then one of their staff/installer called us that they are going to set up/install the internet but as i was said we are in their office. the installer then told me that he cant call us in ahead of time while they are installing the other customer/s. i went up again to their office to file a complaint but the staff who attend our concern didn’t say anything so i was forced to cancel my request regarding on internet connection. after a few days i went back to the skyzone office to set a internet connection then I asked the staff to please give us a notification in ahead of time so we can personally attend the people whose going to install the internet connection. then finally the staff told us that they will call us to arrange the schedule for the internet connection. A after a few hour the staff in the skyzone called us that saying “REJECTED” due to a certain name of a person (RANNIE DUMAYAS) that was already registered in our home Address! Are you guys are Stupid crazy people! how come you are installing and connecting a service without checking the exact address and the person who lives in the same address! Please kick your staff working at skyzone SM Southmall because they are all stupid.

    I have been trying to contact 3810000, but to no avail. Its keeps telling me that my account # is invalid. I checked my billing statement & it was clearly written that my Sky Cable acct# is 207930326 & my Sky Broadband acct # is 601961660. No other acct # is reflected in my Billing Statement. My concern is that I have to REPORT that my SKY CABLE WIRE WAS HIT BY A HUGE ROTTEN MANGO TREE BRANCH, AS A RESULT THE CABLE IS NOW DANGLING CLOSE TO THE GROUND. Please help me relay my concern to 3810000. Thank you very much.
