MODÈLE Philippines: PMAP in Search of ‘New Models of Influence’
The reality search for the “New Models of Influence!” dubbed MODÈLE PHILIPPINES held its third go-see on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City.
Capping its 29th anniversary, Professional Models Association of the Philippines (PMAP), the country’s most esteemed models’ guild, recently launched MODÈLE PHILIPPINES. It is aimed at discovering and mentoring aspiring or experienced models with excellent potentials to become masters of their game, and reset the course of professional modeling in the Philippines. It is unique in the sense that famous personalities of modeling, all PMAP luminaries, will play mentor to the contestants. Twenty mentors from the ranks of PMAP will be matched to each of the 10 female and 10 male candidates. These mentors will groom the contestants, prepare them for the tough world that is modeling, and present them to the general public (through television). The judges will then choose from the official candidates the first-ever MODÈLE PHILIPPINES winner.
