WATCH: Dayanara Torres Makes ‘ASAP’ Comeback

If you’ve been living under a rock, Dayanara was among the original hosts of ASAP when it debuted on national television two decades ago alongside Gary Valenciano, Martin Nievera, Pops Fernandez and Ariel Rivera. In 1998, She left the show, and the Philippines in general, after getting heartbroken.

Last week, she came back to the Philippines to serve as one of the judges of Miss Universe 2016 which was held in Manila. And this morning, she graced the ASAP stage in time for the show’s 22nd anniversary celebration.

“Mahal ko kayo. Lagi kayong nasa puso at isipan ko. I know ang tagal na. I should have been here before. But finally I am here. Sana ito na ang simula,” she said after her grand comeback performance.
