“The X Factor UK” contestant Ivy Grace Paredes is now the new defending champion of It’s Showtime’s singing competition “Tawag ng Tanghalan.”

She belted Whitney Houston’s “Run to You” on Thursday and instantly gained the judges’ approval.

It can be remembered that last year, Ivy joined “The X Factor UK” and reached the judges’ house part of the competition where she was forcibly eliminated because she doesn’t have a US Visa to fly to Sharon Osbourne’s residence in the LA.
