After all the hesitations, the Philippines finally decided to host the 2019 South East Asian Games. 

Sec. Cayetano will head the organizing committee for the games. 

It was supposed to be Brunei’s turn to host the games in 2019 but they begged off due to lack of facilities and manpower.
