Michaelangelo Skyllas from Australia bagged the first-ever Mister Grand International title during the finals held at the Convenarium of The Crossroad Center in Quezon City, Philippines. He was the youngest candidate among the contestants

1st Runner-Up:

2nd Runner-Up:
Nguyen Tien Dat, Vietnam

3rd Runner-Up:
Hammid Noor, Germany

4th Runner-Up:
Joshua Reginald P. Banatin, Philippines
