The Palanca-winning screenplay by Eric Cabahug–“Deadma Walking”–is now a major motion picture and one of the 8 official entries for the 2017 Metro Manila Film Festival.

Produced by T-Rex Entertainment, the film will star Edgar Allan Guzman and Joross Gamboa, who will play gay best friends. Gerald Anderson, Vin Abrenica and Eugene Domingo have a special participation in the movie which also stars Candy Pangilinan, Dimples Romana, Jojit Lorenzo, Nico Antonio, Bobby Andrews among others.

Directed by Julius Alfonso, “Deadma Walking” is slated to open in cinemas nationwide on Christmas Day.
