BTS Breaks YouTube Record for Most Liked Video on the Day of Release

South Korea’s no. 1 boyband BTS (sorry EXO, the blogger is an ARMY member) recently confirmed that they broke the record for the Most Liked Video in the First 24 Hours as the music video for their hit single “DNA” registered 2.33 million likes on the day of release. The second place also goes to BTS for their “Mic Drop (Steve Aoki Remix)” music video.

Meanwhile, “Despacito” is now the Most-Liked Video on YouTube for All Time for garnering 26.65 million likes to date. 2nd placer is Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again” feat. Charlie Puth with 19.3 million likes.

As for the Most-Viewed Video in the First 24 Hours, the record still goes to “Rings” prank with 200 million views.
