Aside from producing topnotch medical professionals and athletes, the University of Santo Tomas (UST) is also known for the long list of beauty queens that once walked its hallways.

Among them are 2012 Miss Universe 1st runner up and fashion model Janine Tugonon and 2011 Binibining Pilipinas candidate and current ABS-CBN News anchor Tina Marasigan.

The two will join Robi Domingo and Gretchen Ho this Saturday (October 6) on S+A on “University Town,” (U-Town) to share their fondest memories of their college years and the greatest lessons they learned in the campus that helped them get to where they are right now.

Meanwhile, Robi and Gretchen will also tour viewers inside the UST campus to see iconic spots such as the Arch of Centuries, where freshmen pass as a rite of passage. They will also meet UST’s “Campus Lodis,” who are the people behind the Butil Program, an organization of scholars that help send younger scholars to school.

Finally, volleyball star Alyssa Valdez will also get to train with another UAAP champion, UST’s Poomsae team! The team’s dominance on their sport has helped the school clinch the overall championship in UAAP Season 80.
