We would like to announce that Online Poll A for the finals of “100 Asian Heartthrobs 2019” has been stopped.

It has been called to our attention that the said poll was compromised. Since the nature of our poll is “unlimited” and there’s no restriction whatsoever, we were informed that a program can be made to automatically refresh the browser and cast votes which can generate thousands of votes in seconds. Even a YouTube video demonstrated how to do this. After investigating our poll yesterday, we are convinced that it was compromised as we see that the increase in votes is not proportional to the page visits in our website.

We decided the unlimited voting this year as per requests by fans who are enjoying our polls (yes, we listen to our readers). However, because of the poll’s flaw in unlimited voting, we sadly decided to halt the voting and cancel its results in the spirit of fairness. We are truly sorry to the fans who exerted their time and effort in voting. But please keep in mind that we are doing this to be fair to everyone. After all, a victory that doesn’t come from hardship and fairness is no victory at all.

So now we are releasing a new poll (POLL B) with cookies and IP address restriction in order to avoid the usage of bots. With the new poll, fans can only vote once every three hours. And to keep up with our social media polls, 1 vote here will be multiplied by 2!

Please choose at least one celebrity below that you would want to win the title “Ultimate Asian Heartthrob of 2018.” You can choose up to a maximum of 10 celebrities in one voting.

    We are small group of Thai fans who spent all night types in comments in instragram for the votes. Do u think bots can type comments in different sentenses all the times? Get a grip and grow up this is called ‘dedication’. We just love our idol and always vote using our hands not machines. Obviously we can clearly see that you just have so narrow mind and think any high volumn votes always come from bot. We dont want to win cause we know our position.     Vote for v, I was referring to Insta poll. I have monitoring the poll all the while voting for TJK. Under 24hrs JK votes reached 50K+ votes. Like what? I woke up to vote this morning and the votes from 243K+ was at 265K+. This in the span of 6hrs. I went to Tae to vote and his only rose by 8K+ while Jin *my poor Jin* 200+. The confusion really hit me when I came back another 6hrs to find out the his likes went from 265K+ to 293K+. I was like something isn’t right here. Even Tae’s went from 289K+ to 309K+ from the time I went to bed till now. Keep in mind that prior to this his votes only increased by 5K-8K+ daily, so this hit me like a storm. I really don’t like or condone cheating. Like how can someone be so oblivious to this level of dishonesty.
