“Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko” marks second year via star-studded month-long offering

Exciting and fun-filled Sundays await Kapuso viewers as top-rating weekly magical anthology, Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko, celebrates its second anniversary via a special month-long offering entitled “Lola Enchanted.” Beginning Sunday (March 31), the well-loved characters of Alden Richards as Nonoy the Pinoy Santa; Katrina Halili as Malek; Barbie Forteza as Genie Lyn; Jo Berry as Elma Santelmo; and Kiray Celis as Fairy Gosh Monkey, return to the mystic world of Lola Goreng (#GloriaRomero). Enchanted Queendom is ruled by the benevolent Reyna Lola (Gloria). She has three spoiled grandchildren – Princess (#JillianWard), Prince (#DavidRemo) and Prinsesita (#ChlauiMalayao) – who keep on causing trouble, so Reyna Lola strips them off their powers and sends them to live with shepherd Pol (#JuliusErasga) and his aunt, Pacencia (#FrancesMakilIgnacio). While the children are gone, Reyna Lola’s evil niece, Malek, returns to the queendom. Malek poisons Reyna Lola and takes over the throne.

Nonoy, Genie Lyn, Elma and Fairy Gosh Monkey try to help the grandchildren of Reyna Lola in their adventure to save her and the whole Enchanted Queendom from the evil hands of Malek.
