Kier King, former member of the Kapuso boyband One Up, auditioned on “Idol Philippines.”

The 24-year-old sang “You Are The Reason” by Calum Scott.

Judges Thoughts:

James Reid said “I like your performance, I like your talent, you have the looks, you have good stage presence.”

Regine Velasquez said “Parang nagkakaroon na ako ng ear fatigue, pero nung narinig kita parang sunshine. I love the tone of your voice. And the last part, it was so tender and I felt it.”

Moira dela Torre said “Habang kumakanta ka ng ‘You are the Reason,’ nai-imagine ko yung lahat ng pagka-camp niyo na umuupo kayo sa carton sa mall para maghintay kayo for that one chance. Kitang kita yun sa movement mo, we felt the emotion.”

Vice Ganda said “Ang ganda ng boses mo. Para sa akin buong-buo ka na, handang handa ka na. Hinihintay mo na lang kami.”

Kier received four yeses and will move on to the next round.
