‘Hello Love Goodbye’ Nominated for Best Asian Film at the 2019 AACTA Awards

It looks like Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards are set to attend the first international award-giving body to recognize their movie “Hello, Love, Goodbye” and it’s in Australia. This is because the Cathy Garcia-Molina movie has been nominated under the Best Asian Film category at the 2019 Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards (AACTA).

This is the first nod received by HLG since it set the record for being the Highest-Grossing Filipino Film of All Time by hitting P880 million in ticket sales.

“Hello, Love, Goodbye” will vie against South Korea’s “Parasite” (Cannes Palme d’Or winner), China’s “Ne Zha,” India’s “Gully Boy,” and Japan’s “We Are Little Zombies” among others.

The winner of the Asian Film Award will be revealed on December 4 in Sydney as part of the 2019 AACTA Awards.
