Aljur Abrenica and Paulo Avelino are in a tight race for no. 1.

Four Kapamilya hunks climbed one notch in today’s update and they are Gerald Anderson, Derek Ramsay, Rafael Rosell and Zanjoe Marudo. On the other hand, Enrique Gil and Dingdong Dantes fell one notch each.

Azkals’ James Younghusband left the Top 20 to give way to Zanjoe Marudo who came back in our leaderboard.

We first conducted the “Hottest 20 Under 20″ poll in Starmometer last 2008 wherein Kapamilya drama princess Kim Chiu emerged as the winner.

This year, we brought back the poll to take pulse on who are the hottest among the new generation of young stars in the country based from your Facebook “likes” in the Hottest 20 Under 20 gallery of Starmometer’s Facebook Page.

Highest vote-getter is none other than 15-year-old Kapamilya young star Kathryn Bernardo!

It’s interesting to note that Kathryn starred in numerous TV series already but her claim to fame was when she was chosen to play the role of Mara in the mother of all teleseryes, “Mara Clara.” She now topbills ABS-CBN’s weekly youth-oriented program “Growing Up” and slated to star in the upcoming teenybopper series “You’re Always in My Heart.”

In second place is Kathryn’s on-screen partner Daniel Padilla while in third place is Kathryn’s co-star in Mara Clara, Julia Montes. Rounding off the Top 5 are Xyriel Manabat and Sam Concepcion.
