Star Cinema released the music video of the movie “Babe, I Love You” as performed by Piolo Pascual and featuring its lead stars, Sam Milby and Anne Curtis.

Sam Milby will be playing the role of a teacher who will eventually meet and fall for a model-promo girl played by Anne Curtis.

Under the direction of Mae Czarina, “Babe, I Love You” will open in theaters on April 3, 2010.

The teaser is currently running in cinemas where “Miss You Like Crazy” is being shown.

It is an upcoming romantic comedy and third movie to be released by Star Cinema this year. It is tentatively scheduled for showing on April 3, 2010.

Christian has worked with both Angel Locsin and Anne Curtis before. With Angel was in his first movie “Mano Po 3.” With Anne, on the other hand, was in the teleserye “Kampanerang Kuba.”

Aside from Angel and Anne, Christian also shared the MTV scene with top models Georgina Wilson and Solenn Heusaff.

When asked on who he thinks is the most beautiful of the four ladies, he replied: “Anne, lahat sila magaganda, iba’t-iba yung looks nila pero siguro kasi mas matagal ko ng kilala si Anne, mas matagal ko na syang kasama.” Is this the reason why among the four beautiful girls on the music video, he only had the kissing scene with Anne? Since Mark Anthony Fernandez is busy shooting the upcoming GMA teleserye “Diva”, his reunion movie with ex-girlfriend Claudine Barretto will be shelved for the mean time. Viva Films, however, asked Richard Gutierrez to star with Claudine and the Captain Barbell star agreed without having second thoughts.

What’s even more exciting about this GMA Films and Viva Films co-production is that Anne Curtis will also star in it! It has a working title “In Your Eyes” based from the popular love song by George Benson and revived by Regine Velasquez.

“I’m at GMA for our story conference and presentation ng anthology. Yes, I’m doing a movie with Anne Curtis and Richard Gutierrez. The story is beautiful so trust me co’z I am very hands on and choosy in choosing my movies and scripts very well kaya nga matagal ako bago gumawa ng movie because I really choose the best scripts. Di yung tanggap lang ng tanggap. Its really new. Basta di ko ma-explain, ganda ng script.”

Richard Gutierrez, on the other hand, will have to give up the hosting stint for Survivor Philippines Season 3 because they will begin filming “In Your Eyes” and at the same time he will also start shooting Captain Barbell immediately after the finale of Full House. He is really interested in Survivor Philippines 3 but he will be very busy in the coming days.

This is already the third time (if i’m not mistaken) that Anne Curtis graced the cover of Mega Magazine. The first one was last September 2008 when the kapamilya goddess donned an elegant black long gown. The second time was just a year ago, February 2009, MEGA’s 17th anniversary issue.

MEGA magazine’s February 2010 issue with Marian Rivera and Anne Curtis on the covers is now available nationwide wherever magazines are sold.

The ex-lovers will now work together longer this year as they will start shooting their new soap opera on ABS-CBN later this month entitled “Green Rose.”

The said soap was supposed to be topbilled by Anne Curtis and Jericho Rosales. To the last minute, Jericho was replaced by Sam Milby. Sam is currently doing a movie with Anne with working title “Maybe This Time.” Perhaps their schedules complement each other that’s why the management decided to pair them again on television.

Playing the third wheel in “Green Rose” is character actress Alessandra de Rossi.

The Anne Curtis – Sam Milby loveteam started in the teleserye Maging Sino Ka Man and later in Maging Sino Ka Man Book II and continued in the fantaserye Dyosa. The on-screen tandem of Anne and Sam turned real when they became lovers off-screen.

Their two-year romance (almost 3 years) has ended but their fans are clamoring that they make a movie together. Sam Milby is happy to announce that Star Cinema gave them a movie project that will begin shooting in December.

“The movie with Anne, it’s like giving back to our fans kasi marami kaming supporters lalo na mga TFC subscribers. We really wanted to offer a project like this na sana talaga mapasaya sila,” he said.

The film has a working title “Maybe It’s You” and it’s more of a romantic drama.

In a report by Showbiz News Ngayon Wednesday night, the movie almost didn’t push through because Sam and Anne are not talking to each other lately (hindi nagpapansinan). But then they knew that they have to work together for their fans.

Who knows, maybe this movie will bring back the closeness between Anne and Sam and perhaps mend their relationship. Maybe this time it will work, right?

Adding more fun are Judy Ann Santos as Krystala, Pinoy kids’ favorite Kokey, Lastikman Vhong Navarro and Kung fu Kids and the one and only Dyosa, Anne Curtis. Of course, Kapamilya stars Toni Gonzaga, Bea Alonzo, John Lloyd Cruz, Kuya Kim and even Gus Abelgas wouldn’t miss this chance of becoming animated characters!
