Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes and Claudine Barretto were among the 3rd batch of stars honored in the Walk of Fame, the local version of the one in Hollywood Boulevard.

Just like the Hollywood Walk of Fame, our local stars receive stars on the sidewalk. The brain child of the local version is Master Showman himself, German “Kuya Germs” Moreno. The Walk of Fame is located in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.

Only selected stars are immortalized in the Walk of Fame, and according to Kuya Germs, these stars are those who have invaluable contribution in the local showbiz industry, regardless if the celebrity is still alive or not.

The stars who were honored last Monday are:

Billy Crawford Affected by German Moreno’s Statement Against Him

In an interview by Cinema Alert, Billy Crawford admitted that he was affected deeply by his mentor “Kuya Germs” German Moreno’s statement last Thursday that he is an ingrate.

“Pinagpalit nila ako sa pera. Wala siyang utang na loob!” – this was German Moreno’s statement regarding Billy Crawford’s transfer to the kapamilya network.

German Moreno served as Billy’s showbiz father since the international pop star started his career when he was a child via That’s Entertainment, a star-development workshop that produced a number of famous celebrities today.

Billy Crawford will host an afternoon update show for Pinoy Dream Academy season 2 called “Uberture.”
