MYX, the undisputed and only music channel in the Philippines, is once again opening its doors to aspiring video jocks to become part of the growing MYX family with the MYX VJ Search 2010!

Competitive auditions are scheduled on May 7, 14, 21, and 28 at Studio 12, 4th Floor Talent Center Bldg., ABS-CBN Compound, Quezon City. Audition time is from 11:00am to 6:00pm.

The MYX VJ Search 2010 is open to males and females, aged 18 to 25 years old who love music videos, concerts, events, fashion shows, parties, and travelling. MYX VJ hopefuls should be open to learning new things and meeting new people.

Requirements include a resume, full body and headshot photos, and two valid IDs like passport, TIN, SSS ID and driver’s license.

This season, 12 exclusive spots await the MYX VJ hopefuls. The group will go through a series of challenges to test if they had the chops to become the new face of the channel and become the new youth icons that will be the ambassadors of MYX.

The finalists’ journey on the road to becoming a MYX VJ will be featured in a series of “MYX VJ Search specials.” They will also take turns in hosting jobs on your favorite MYX shows.
