Yesterday, the return of Kris Aquino on the ABS-CBN showbiz oriented talk show “The Buzz” fueled its ratings to beat it’s rival “Showbiz Central” on GMA. The Buzz received a rating 11.7 percent against Showbiz Central’s 11.5 percent.
The no. 1 daytime program last Sunday, on the other hand, was SOP. The GMA musical variety show was fueled by Regine Velasquez‘ birthday celebration and the launch of GMA Artist Center Image Video Plug. Your Song featuring “Sayang na Sayang” starring Melissa Ricks and Matt Evans performed impressively in 3rd place with 13 percent beating its rival “Tasya Pantasya” which dropped to no. 7.
Last Saturday, the last episode of I Am KC did very well as it climbed to no. 4 with 20.8 percent in the primetime race. Pinoy Idol, on the other hand, dropped 2 notches to no. 6 with 20 percent.
