In Eclipse, Bella (Kristen Stewart) is forced to choose between her love for Edward (Robert Pattinson) and her friendship with Jacob (Taylor Lautner) — knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf.

Along with director David Slade (30 Days and Nights, Hard Candy), several new actors are joining Eclipse including Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria, Xavier Samuel as Riley, Catalina Sandino Moreno as Maria, Jack Huston as Royce King, Julia Jones as Leah, BooBoo Stewart as Seth, Jodelle Ferland as Bree and Kirsten Prout as Lucy.

Twilight fans don’t need to wait for another year to watch the next installment because Eclipse will be released on June 30, 2010. That’s [only] 7 months from now!

Taking the third week of November schedule is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1.

On the kind of girls who like Jacob:

“If she likes having a really close friendship with a guy . . . being able to tell him anything, and then having that friendship slowly transform into something more . . . I find myself using the word transform a lot lately because that’s what Jacob does.”

On his having the role:

“I think the fans would love anybody who played Jacob. I’m just lucky to be the one who got the chance.”

Taylor Lautner reprises his role on The Twilight Saga: New Moon as Jacob Black. He bulges up in New Moon because his character will turn into a werewolf. If in Twilight, Robert Pattinson delivered the teen scream, in New Moon, expect the scream factor to get doubled with Taylor Lautner launched as another monster hottie to die for watch for.

On spotlight in the new trailer is Taylor Lautner as the werewolf Jacob Black. The other werewolves were also shown in the trailer.

In the second installment of Stephenie Meyer’s phenomenally successful TWILIGHT series, the romance between mortal and vampire soars to a new level as Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) delves deeper into the mysteries of the supernatural world she yearns to become part of-only to find herself in greater peril than ever before.

According to the latest issue of Life and Style magazine, Robert has ended his relationship with Kristen and is dating Emilie de Ravin, the leading lady in his new movie, Remember Me.

So the rumor about Kristen being impregnated by Robert is so over.

According to reports, the three lead stars of the highly-anticipated sequel of Twilight will present the first clip of at the MTV Movie Awards this weekend.

“Fans can tune in to the show to see sneak peeks from the most highly anticipated movies of the year,” the show’s producer Mark Burnett told E! News. “These clips have never been seen before and we’re very excited that The Twilight Saga: New Moon is one of them.”

New Moon hits theaters November 20.

But Ohlalamag claims these three new posters are official. What do you think?

The wolves are now complete. The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Summit Entertainment has cast Native American actors Chaske Spencer, Bronson Pelletier, Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon and Tyson Houseman for The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Spencer is Lakota (Sioux), Pelletier is Cree-Metis, Meraz is Purepecha (Tarasco), Gordon is Hualapai and Houseman is Cree.

The five actors will join original cast member Taylor Lautner in portraying the wolf pack in New Moon, in which the pack defends humans against vampires. I guess Vanessa Hudgens didn’t win the female wolf’s role.

And of course, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will be back reprising their Twilight roles as Bella and Edward. Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke will be replaced by Chris Weitz (American Pie, About a Boy, The Golden Compass) in New Moon.

Twilight Saga: New Moon is set for a November 2009 release.
