During his guesting in Magandang Buhay, Edward reveals how Maymay complete him.

“Kahit anong mangyari hindi naman ako lalayo sa kanya, Whatever happens. If ever something would happen that I need to exit showbiz I’ll make sure that I will be still there for her. Kahit wala nang Mayward,” he said.
